Redesign of site.

The goal of the project was to add a new product and increase conversions. Wifivox rents portable wifi devices that gives you unlimited wifi while you travel. User testing was carried out on the existing site and pain points were identified. In addition to this their core users were interviewed to identify their needs, the design was then based on these findings.

The user and client interviews identified price, coverage and data usage as important factors for users to commit to a purchase

These points were then including in the new design in a more prominent position. The site was then tested with selected users

The checkout process was simplified and redesigned to be more intuitive
